Dorm Assistants and Long-Term Dorm Assistants assist Residence Education personnel with monitoring and supervising high school students, ensure that school policies are followed, track attendance and fill out communication logs, cover campus activities, and assist students with homework assignments. The position of dorm assistant (DA) is an on-call position, and the hours vary. The position of Long-Term Dorm Assistant (LTDA) is a fixed position and an on-call position too.

They assist in administrative duties, plan downtime activities, help run logistics, and ensure that all student leaders and campers are supported at all times. During the day, they will mainly run preparations, and in the evenings, fun activities to keep campers engaged.
